About this project

Brawsome Bagels are a bagel shop based in Partick, Glasgow. They approached us in 2022 looking for a new website to promote their brand, share their story and improve their conversion rate. Before working with Chalkboard, Brawsome Bagels received around 30,000 hits every month on their existing website, however, their conversion rate was well below the industry average (less than 1%, compared to the industry standard of 8%). Our team worked with Brawsome Bagels to communicate their unique selling points through imagery, page structure, and creative copywriting. We built an online ‘click and collect’ system allowing customers to place orders online and collect them in-store at a later time. The result is a well-designed. high-converting website that conveys the principles that have made Brawsome Bagels successful.

We built a bespoke ordering system allowing customers to choose their favourite bagels and check out at the click of a button through Apple Pay & Google Pay.
